  • Prompt solution of arising problems during deliveries and pick-ups of cargoes, correspondence, parcels;
  • Organization of loading and unloading operations in the delivery department;
  • Performing work on processing of cargo, correspondence, parcels;
  • Sorting cargo, correspondence, parcels by region, couriers’ routes;
  • Maintaining direct contact with couriers on all arising issues (maximally excluding the call center specialists, sales department, customs department);
  • Analyzing the reasons for postponements, undeliveries and non-deliveries, development and implementation of corrective actions for non-deliveries;
  • Analysis of problem situations arising from couriers in the delivery and pickup of goods;
  • Assigning couriers to delivery areas;

Requirements

  • Higher education;
  • Excellent knowledge of Astana city;
  • Experience in courier company is welcome;
  • Experienced PC user;

  • Organization of loading and unloading operations in the delivery department (including vans);
  • Carrying out work on cargo, correspondence, parcels processing: sorting of cargo, correspondence, parcels by regions, couriers’ routes;
  • Analyzing the reasons for postponements, delivery cancellations and non-delivery of cargoes, development and implementation of corrective actions for non-delivery of cargoes;
  • Analysis of problem situations arising from couriers in the delivery and pickup of goods;
