Postamats or automated parcel claim terminals are a contactless delivery method that is popular all over the world.

EMEX business customers, who deal with retail and e-commerce, can choose this delivery method for their customers. Currently, we are working with Tastamat, a network of postamats that are available in almost every major city in Kazakhstan.

There are a lot of post offices of our partners in the cities. The buyer can choose the one closest to home, work or along the way. 

The buyer independently picks up his order at a convenient time if the work schedule of the mall, store or organization, the postamat is located at, allows it.

Safe, confidential, contactless. The parcel locker box opens only twice: when our courier puts an order in it and when the buyer picks it up. The buyer receives the access code to the cell by SMS after placing the order in the parcel terminal.

If the buyer did not manage to pick up the order during this time, our courier picks it up and returns it to the warehouse. Then we call the buyer and agree on a new date for placing the order in the parcel locker.
